Struggling.

What can I say?  I'm struggling.  Hard.  I'm completely out of control and I don't know what or how to get back into control.  I KNOW what to do to lose weight, it's the doing it that I can't seem to handle.  It sounds weak and sad to type, but it's the truth right now.

  2. Just breathe and relax. I took a break from trying to lose weight in May and I'm down almost 30 pounds since then. Once I stopped thinking about it so much, my body relaxed and is letting go of the weight.

  3. just today, just this next meal, just this next hour, not right this minute.... Tomorrow I will have this or that if I still want it....

    just make it through the next few minutes, they will add up :)
