Yoga?

So, I'm going to do it. I'm going to be brave and go to yoga tonight. For some reason, the thought terrifies me. Anyone into yoga? Tell me I won't look like a fool!

    Just found your blog and wanted to say hi :)

    I've never gone to a yoga class, but would love to try it. My favorite class is spin and I remember how nervous I was to try that out.
